Secretary

Job Description

  • Incorporation of new companies, preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial documents
  • Manage all aspects of Company Secretarial functions effectively, inclusive of pre and post preparations of AGM and EGM meeting
  • ICSA/ LLB qualification and preferably a member of MAICSA
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in company secretarial work
  • Familiar with the Companies Act, the Main Market Listing Requirements and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Able to develop the required module within given time frame and other ad-hoc tasks
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong interpersonal skills. Mandarin is a bonus
  • Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Good networking with relevant government authorities
  • Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management as and when required
