i-Serve humbly started out with a compact yet dynamic team led by three entrepreneurs with over 30 years of collective experience. We started out in 2001 by providing Smart Card solutions and software development, before progressing to create kiosks for big names such as Eastman Kodak, Nokia, as well as AirAsia. We have developed numerous mobile apps for conveniences such as bill payment, and prepaid reloads, before setting foot in the fintech industry. Today, i-Serve spans a wide team of professionals, with offices across the Klang Valley.

In 2015, i-Serve won the award for “Smart Technology Solutions” in the Asia Pacific Brand Laureate Excellence Special Edition World Awards under the category of Brand Excellence.
i-Serve was the recipient of the “Most Innovative Entrepreneur Award” at the 10 Year-Anniversary SME Bank Awards Audited by Ernst & Young.
The Air Asia Top Performer Award went to i-Serve in 2016, as i-Serve manages ticketing outlets throughout Malaysia.
