A big part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives include empowering and helping those that are less privileged. As the world is evolving into a virtual haven, we are doing our best to prepare and ensure that the underserved is given an opportunity to be able to ride the ever-changing wave of digitalisation. i-Serve intends to make sure that the less fortunate is given an equal platform to shine and showcase their skills, as we believe that everyone has something to bring to the table.
Occasionally, we hire visually impaired masseurs from the Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB). They would go to our offices and provide neck and shoulder massages to our employees to reward them for their hard work.
