Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

  • Source, screen, shortlist through database, advertising, referral, networking and etc
  • Work with Hiring Manager to confirm the requirement and hiring needs
  • Monitor and reduce hiring cost
  • Expatriate management encompassing work permits approval, accommodation, and etc
  • Other tasks assigned by management
  • Arrange and conduct interview with candidates

Job Requirement

  • Work under high pressure, fast moving environment and tight timeline
  • Willing to work at Subang Jaya- USJ9 (HQ)
  • To handle expatriate hiring process is an added advantages
  • Handle ad-hoc duties when required
  • To have a wide and strong connection on LinkedIn

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Hiring/ Recruitment
  • Experienced and proven track record in effective hiring
