This policy governs your use of a software application ("App") on a mobile device that was created by I-Serve Technology & Vacations Sdn Bhd ("I-Serve"). This Privacy Policy contains our policies and practices with respect to gathering and using information you provide. This policy applies only to information we collect in this App and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App. This policy does not apply to information that we collect offline or any other company mobile applications, including other applications you may access through this App, or any information you provide to or is collected by any third party.

We collect information from and about users of our App (i) directly from you when you provide it to us and (ii) automatically when you use the App.

I-Serve treats all of your Personal Data with the utmost care for your privacy and security. However, for purposes of providing its services to you, I-Serve may store your Personal Data on servers of third parties or disclose your Personal Data to third parties who provide products or services to you or us (e.g. our credit card processing company or third party vendors accessible through our App). These third parties are not permitted to use your personal information for any purpose unrelated to providing their products or services to you or us.
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:
- provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us
- fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it

Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the App.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 3rd March 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be effect immediately after being posted on this page.
